When David was just 12, he was abducted into Joseph Kony’s rebel army in northern Uganda. For five years, he was forced to commit unimaginable atrocities toward his fellow countrymen. When he returned home, he found that all of his family had been killed. He was completely alone. Soon after his return to Gulu, Watoto began visiting David’s school to share the love of Jesus. Today, he no longer has nightmares, but instead has a dream for his future to help those in need.
