4. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links (“Content”) that you submit, post and display on Wall Blank.
5. You must not modify, adapt or hack Wall Blank or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Wall Blank.
6. You must not, in the use of Wall Blank, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

• Wall Blank reserves the right to modify or terminate the Wall Blank service for any reason, without notice at any time.
• Wall Blank reserves the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, Wall Blank will notify you via email according to the preference expressed on your account. What constitutes a “material change” will be determined at Wall Blank’s sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgment.
• Wall Blank reserves the right to limit quantity and/or charge an increased shipping rate in certain cases.
• Wall Blank intends for the pieces we sell to be purchased by individual consumers. We therefore reserve the right to cancel a sale if we suspect that it is for resale or other purposes.
• Wall Blank reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
• The Wall Blank service makes it possible to post images hosted on Wall Blank to outside websites. This use is accepted. However, pages on other websites which display images hosted on Wall Blank must provide a link back to Wall Blank from each photo to its product page on Wall Blank.

Wall Blank may amend the Terms of Use and any other policy documents and community guidelines, at any time by posting the amended terms on Wall Blank. The Terms of Use is effective upon acceptance in registration for new registering users, and is otherwise effective on October 16, 2008 for all users.

Usage Rights
Copyright of artwork sold by Wall Blank remains with the artist at all times. Buyers may not reproduce purchased artwork. Artists have signed contracts with Wall Blank and understand their rights. Please contact them directly with any usage questions that you have.
