Dave DeCastris: I’m a professional designer with bad allergies n’ vision but I have a nice pitbull. In my downtime I write short stories & songs (Donkey Boy (USA)) about absurd midwestern situations, conversations, and relationships. I like to walk my dog, Sadie, a mixed pitbull, and stare down white people thoughts. Sometimes on our walks I take pictures of litter because it looks pretty. Garbage is of an interest to me– and how it ends up where it does, not in cans or bags. sometimes floating next to ducks, or on my yard in Rockford, IL, my Little Detroit. The American Dream is definitely 14.8% or more within reach in my hometown. How could I not be interested in garbage or silently staring down mean white people? I do like popcorn, alot.
